Shipping information
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email and we will start our fulfillment process. All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Transit times vary from 5-7 business days. Currently we are shipping only to the contiguous USA free of charge.
Order cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team and add your order number before we ship the order and we will cancel it for you.
Delays and Damage
We try to deliver the goods to you as soon as possible. However, due to weather and other conditions, delivery may take longer. If the maximum processing and dispatch time has already passed and your order has not yet arrived, you do not need to worry yet, just give it another 3 business days. If your package is still missing after this time, please contact us at support@topwheelchairs.com with your order number so that we can investigate the matter further.
Damaged or Wrong Products
If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please reach out to our customer service team and email a photo of the issue to support@topwheelchairs.com. We will quickly assist you in resolving the problem. We sincerely apologize, but sometimes this can happen
