Return policy

You can return your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. Make sure the items are unused and in their original packaging. To start the return process, first contact our customer support and we will guide you through the following steps. Once we let you know, please pack the items well and send them to us using a trusted courier company. Bear in mind that you are responsible for return shipping costs. Important to say that we charge 25% restocking fee.

Exchanges

Don't you like what you got and want to return the items? Sure thing, contact us first and let us know the reason and what you want to exchange. We will then exchange the items for you.

Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please reach out to our customer service team and email a photo of the issue to support@topwheelchairs.com. We will quickly assist you in resolving the problem. We sincerely apologize, but sometimes this can happen.

Order cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team and add your order number within 6 hours from placing the order and we will cancel it for you.

Refund Duration

We aim to handle returns swiftly. Upon receiving your return, we will process the refund within 5 business days. We will refund you using on the same payment method you used in the order.
